Chris Arsenault has spent her entire career focusing on the needs of children and youth, and how best to support their development. In the nearly 30 years she has been with what is now Boys & Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton & Area, Chris has been directly and indirectly responsible for mentoring matches, new and innovative mentoring based programming, rural program development, and technology enhancement for the purpose of ensuring the safety and impact of mentoring relationships.
Through her work in so many diverse communities in Edmonton and Area, Chris has become a wise and trusted source for organizations, schools, government and individuals in their efforts to elevate the mentoring movement in Alberta and across Canada.
With the length and breadth of her experience, Chris Arsenault is easily one of the most recognized names in the mentoring movement in Edmonton and across Alberta. She continues to be eager and supportive of all individuals and organizations who dedicate themselves to improving the lives of children and youth in this way. Cliff Hall was a Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada staff member for 28 years. He was a treasured member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters movement and embodied the characteristics of trust, support, dedication to the movement and concern for each person as an individual.
The Cliff Hall Staff Award is in recognition of Mr. Cliff Hall who demonstrated a significant commitment to forwarding the mentoring movement.
