Premier’s Prayer Breakfast

On Thursday May 16, 2013, 3 teens and BGCBigs staffer Cathleen Bell attended the 2013 Premier’s Prayer Breakfast at the Shaw Conference Centre.  The girls are part of the Eastglen/Grant MacEwan tutoring program and were thrilled to be invited by the Premier as her guests of honour.  Two of the girls joined Premier Redford at her table, providing an incredible opportunity to learn from and listen to this amazing woman. Today, Boys & Girls Clubs presented initial results from the National Youth Survey 2013 via webcast from Ottawa.  4 Club kids from across Canada shared these results and answered questions candidly as to what influences the confidence of a young person.
