Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by our club staff who will confirm your enrolment and the weeks you are confirmed for. Please review the summer program details listed below prior to completing this form. Our summer programming will be filled with a lot of fun and exciting programs for our members. We are excited to open up summer club programing at a number of our club sites from 9:30-3:30, Monday to Friday for children ages 6 - 17. We continue to ensure we are in adherence to the Alberta Health Services Guidelines. We ask that you indicate your priority weeks of camp. We will do our best to secure multiple weeks if we are able to. It is important to note that should you no longer need to use our services that you notify staff so that they can fill those that spot with someone on our wait list. Should your child(ren) have 3 unexcused absents, we will assume that services are no longer needed, and we will fill that spot with our waitlist. We are committed to ensuring physical distancing happens as much as possible when we are working with children. All attendees and staff will be required to complete the AHS self assessment screening prior to attending programing. Staff will continue to complete a temperature check upon arrival. We will utilize the green spaces surrounding our club sites or fields near our sites, and host Community walks within a 2-3 block radius of the clubs. We will be asking members to provide their own lunch and snack. All members will be provided a bin with a lid to keep their personal belongings in and a space in our fridge to keep their lunch if needed. We do ask that families do not pack any food items containing nuts. We also ask that children come with water bottles, sun screen, a hat, jacket and bug spray. All other personal belongings are to be left at home. If supplying food or any of the items listed above is a concern for your family, please connect with our staff and we will work with you to support your family’s needs. All our locations will have hand sanitizer and soap readily available. We are dedicated to ensuring that our members have the best experience possible. We will continue doing programs that focus on fun, interaction, education, and physical activity. The clubs will continue to follow public health restrictions, changes to guidelines will assessed to keep us all safe, it is important to note that programing may close abruptly in the event of two confirmed cases of Covid in a particular site. should this occur, we will connect with all registered families to inform them of all implications that would affect summer camp programing.
