Test2 Club Registration; Term 3 Dear Caregivers, Welcome to Term 3 Programming at BGCBIGS! in this time of uncertainty, we are so excited to be able to get back to working with children in our after school programming. Spaces are limited, Upon completion of this form, you will be contacted by our club staff who will confirm your registration. This registration is for 8 weeks of programming; February 2nd - March 25th Our after school programming will look very different this year, but we still have a lot of fun and exciting programs for our members. We are excited to open up our after school program hours at Club Connect, Kinsmen, McCauley, Rundle, Tweddle, Bannerman, Africa Centre and West. While we are so excited to open our doors again, we will do so with strict adherence to the Alberta Health Services Guidelines. We are committed to ensuring physical distancing happens as much as possible when are working with children. All attendees and staff will be required to do a screening and a temperature check upon arrival for the program in accordance with AHS guidelines. Parents/Guardians can complete daily screening online, prior to their child's attendance. The link to this screening will be provided in your registration confirmation. Food and cooking programs have always been a staple in our programs. Under the AHS restrictions, we will not be able to do cooking programs or provide dinner. A small pre-packaged snack will be provided at some of our programming sites. If food is a concern for your family, please connect with our staff and we will work with you to support your family's needs. All of our club locations will have hand sanitizer and soap readily available. Children must be picked up, or be able to walk home at programming end times to ensure staff have adequate time to sanitize programming space. While our After school programming will look different, we are dedicated to ensuring that our members have the best experience possible. We will continue doing programs that focus on fun, interaction, education and physical activity. In the event my child/ward fails to abide by these rules and regulations, action may require his/her exclusion from participation for that day, and that I or an alternative, will be available to pick up my child immediately. 4. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to advise program staff of any medical and/or health concerns of my child/ward that may affect his/her participation in the stated program or activity. 5. I acknowledge that the supervisors may secure transport to emergency medical services as they deem necessary for my child/ward’s immediate health and safety, and that I shall be financially responsible for such services 6.
