A recurring monthly gift is a convenient way to make a significant difference to help young people achieve their potential. To establish your monthly donation, simply authorize BGCBigs to make secure automatic withdrawals from your bank account or credit card. Or you can click the donate button above and choose the “monthly” option. As a monthly donor, you will receive a consolidated annual tax receipt.
Gift commitments can be processed monthly, quarterly or on a multi-year recurring basis, as per your preference. With a special tribute gift, you can pay tribute to someone special or acknowledge an important event, while also improving the lives of Edmonton children and youth locally or across the country. All donations will be promptly acknowledged with a charitable tax receipt with associated positive tax benefits for you and / or your family. For more information, please contact Danisha Bhaloo, at 780-822-2515 or by email to email@example.com.

Gifts of Stocks or Securities
A donation of publicly traded securities is one of the easiest and most effective ways to support BGCBigs. Under rules set out in the 2006 federal budget, you may give stocks, bonds, futures and options, as well as shares in mutual funds and you will pay no tax on the associated capital gains. This greatly reduces the out-of-pocket expense of making such a donation. For more information, please contact Danisha Bhaloo, at 780-822-2515 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Click here to see an example.
Many companies offer matching gift programs. Employees of matching gift companies can donate to our agency and have their donation impact doubled. Please check with your company’s HR or charitable giving departments for clarification of any policies. A list of Canadian corporations that match gifts is available here. For more information on how you can support BGCBigs, please contact Danisha Bhaloo, Manager of Fund Development at 780-822-2515 or email Danisha.email@example.com.
BGCBigs is grateful to be a recipient agency of the ETS Donate-A-Ride charity initiated by the City of Edmonton. Funds gifted to Donate-A-Ride are used to purchase transit tickets which are distributed to local social service agencies such as BGCBigs. We provide the transit tickets to low-income Edmonton families that are in need of basic transportation to get to employment, educational and social services that are required to improve their quality of life. Click here to donate. (Please note that this money does not come directly to BGCBigs)
Philanthropy starts with you. BGCBigs is so grateful for financial support from corporations. Without the aid and support of many different businesses – ranging from multinational corporations to small- and medium-sized businesses – we would be unable to continue our efforts and achieve our nationally recognized results. Please contact us for more information.
