BGCBigs is an organization that believes in the promise of all children. Our team works with community volunteers, partners and other supporters to create safe environments for children to be between school and home and to provide caring mentoring relationships for children and youth. In 2014, supported nearly 5,000 kids and their families through a variety of programs.

Current Opportunities

Mentoring Facilitator – School-Based
Position(s) Available: One (1)
Status: Temporary, Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week) until April 30, 2018
Salary Range: $40,365-$45,500 annually
Description: In this position you’ll oversee and provide direction to a variety of school based mentoring programs including; in-school mentoring, high school teen mentoring, and corporate mentoring. You’ll engage and support volunteer mentors who are participating in school based programs within the position’s portfolio.

Youth Facilitator – The Circle
Position(s) Available: One (1)
Status: Temporary, Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week) until April 30, 2018
Salary Range: $45,675-$47,700 annually
Description: In this position you’ll provide support and monitoring to youth in care mentoring matches to ensure that children and youth are in safe, constructive, satisfying relationships that are having a positive impact. You’ll work to create and foster constructive, strength based and satisfying relationships between youth and volunteers and provide support to youth who have experienced challenges involving marginalization, addictions and delinquency.
