Club Program Staff
Position(s) Available: Eight (8) to ten (10) for Downtown, East end, and Millwoods areas.
Status: Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Salary Range: $19 per hour
Description: In this role you will plan and deliver fun and safe recreational and educational programs to children from 6 to 17 years old. You’ll provide direct supervision, behavior management, support and mentoring to ensure position relationships develop while maintaining required documentation and other required reporting. Description: In this manager position, you’ll effectively develop, deliver, and evaluate mentoring programs to achieve the agency’s mission, goals, and standards that result in positive outcomes for children and youth. You’ll also analyze and define the needs of kids, specifically high risk youth, and how to best meet their needs through mentoring relationships while overseeing a group of staff and supporting them in achieving outcomes relating to reducing youth delinquency, increasing high school completion, and reducing substance abuse.
