Mentoring Facilitator – School Based
Position(s) Available: Two (2)
Status: Temporary, Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week) until March 31, 2017 with the possibility of extension.
Salary Range: $40,365-$45,500 annually
Description: In this role you’ll oversee and provide direction to a variety of school based mentoring programs including in school mentoring, high school teen mentoring, corporate mentoring and more. You will also engage and support volunteer mentors, ensure standards are met in terms of supervising matches, schedule programs, collaborate with school partners and much more.

Mentoring Facilitator – Mentoring Facilitator Youth Development

Status: Temporary, Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week) until March 31, 2017 with the possibility of extension.
Salary Range: $45,675-$47,700 annually
Description: In this role you’ll provide supporting and monitoring to youth in care mentoring matches to ensure children and youth are in safe, constructive, satisfying relationships that are having a positive impact. You’ll also  work with youth to provide positive role modeling and mentorship to help reduce substance abuse and youth deviancy.

Mentoring Manager
Position(s) Available: One (1)
Status: Full-Time Position (37.5 hours per week)
Salary Range: Please state salary expectations
Description: In this manager position, you’ll effectively develop, deliver, and evaluate mentoring programs to achieve the agency’s mission, goals, and standards that result in positive outcomes for children and youth. You’ll also analyze and define the needs of kids, specifically high risk youth, and how to best meet their needs through mentoring relationships while overseeing a group of staff and supporting them in achieving outcomes relating to reducing youth delinquency, increasing high school completion, and reducing substance abuse.

Out of School Time Coordinator
Position(s) Available: Two (2)
Status: Temporary, Full-Time contract (37.5 hours per week) until March 31, 2017 with the possibility of extension.
Salary Range: $48,000-$52,900 annually
Description: In this role you’ll manage the daily operations of after school programming with a focus on the development of community partnerships and initiatives. You’ll work in partnership with a school to provide programming and be responsible for a small staff team.

Vegreville Mentoring Facilitator
Position Available: One (1)
Status: Full-time Position (37.5 hours/week)
Salary Range: $41,370-$45,670 annually
Description: In this position you’ll provide support to a caseload of children and youth in the Vegreville area and ensure they have relationships with mentors in the community and school. You’ll also recruit, screen, train, and match volunteers to children and/or families and provide ongoing support and much more.

Volunteer Recruitment & Training Facilitator

Salary Range: $40,365 – $45,500 annually
Description: In this role you’ll assist in implementing, maintaining and evaluating volunteer recruitment, engagement and training initiatives for all programs and agency departments. You’ll deliver recruitment messages to a variety of audiences and you’re an excellent public speaker. You’ll also use social media and other online methods to communicate opportunities and help to develop new and innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
