We are always blown away by the generosity of our community. California Closets, a leader in custom closets and storage since 1984, is one of the companies that steps up for our community’s kids. This past Christmas, Jennifer Van, the general manager, supported two of our Duggan families. She dropped off toys and gifts for the kids and gift cards for groceries and new clothes for the whole family. She was also generous enough to provide new board games for all of our Club Connect sites (Duggan, Sakaw, and Steinhauer) and a $200 Ikea gift card for our staff to purchase a much needed office desk at our Sakaw Club.

When our staff delivered these gifts to the families on Christmas Eve they were blown away by getting such an amazing Christmas from a company and person who they’d never met. One of the mom’s sent back a thank you note: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful and thoughtful Christmas gifts for my children as well as myself. I cannot express how much I appreciate your generosity and kindness.”

We’d like to give a little shout out to Jennifer and California Closets for doing this year after year to give our families a little boost to make their Christmas celebrations just a little bit brighter.
